Auditing is an entrepreneurial activity of independent
verification and certification of accounting and financial statements
for the purpose of determining their accuracy and the compliance
of economic and financial operations with legislative and other
normative acts, as well as of providing auditing assistance (auditing
services).
Vasile Benderschi, General Manager of UNIAUDIT,
claims that, for various reasons, agricultural enterprises from
the rural sector fail to get timely information about the practice
of using the legislative and normative acts of the Republic of Moldova
regulating the economic and financial activity; the manner of keeping
accounting and tax records, etc. “As a result, the enterprises
are applied financial penalties by authorized bodies and these fines
have a negative impact upon the economic and financial results of
these enterprises. The Audit Company was created to change the situation
in this area. Thus, UNIAUDIT will provide rural agricultural enterprises
a wide range of services provided for by the legislation of the
Republic of Moldova at a lower price than the average market prices”
says Vasile Benderschi.
The license obtained by UNIAUDIT is valid till
April 9, 2008. During this period the Audit Company will provide
the following types of services:
- verification and analysis of financial statements and tax declarations;
determining the authenticity, accuracy and compliance of these documents
with the current legislation and with the requirements of keeping
accounting records and writing financial statements;
- fiscal auditing and auditing of the economic and financial activity
based on the requests of enterprises;
- choosing accounting systems;
- development and reexamination of the accounting policy;
- development and supply of enterprises with normative acts and
necessary materials;
- consultations on assistance in issues of accounting organization
and maintenance;
- reestablishment of accounting;
- organization and maintenance of computerized accounting with development
and submission of financial statements, tax and statistical reports,
etc.;
- assistance in issues of writing and submitting financial statements,
tax declarations, statistical and specialized reports, calculation
and payment of taxes and fees;
- development of tax declarations;
- consultations in the areas of taxation, accounting, economy, finance,
law and analysis of financial statements, and of reports on the
economic and financial activity;
- legal assistance in issues related to the economic and financial
activity;
- assistance in the area of taxation and enterprise management;
- property appraisal;
- analysis of financial statements and of the economic and financial
activity and evaluation of the financial position;
- representation of the interests of agricultural enterprises and
business cooperatives in the areas of taxation, accounting, economy,
finance, law (writing of various requests, appeals and claims, representation
of interests in relations with tax authorities and local and central
public administration authorities, negotiation of economic and credit
contracts, etc.).
Vasile Benderschi added that the prices for the
services provided by the Audit Company will be set upon the agreement
of parties, depending on the volume and importance of works.
