| Affiliated Structures
A common service in the insurance market of the
Republic of Moldova was launched on June 13 during a seminar entitled
“Insurance of risks in package for agricultural economic entities”.
The seminar was organized by the Insurance Company “AUTO Siguranta”
JSC in collaboration with UAP as well as the institutions that created
this new insurance product.
The new insurance package offered by the “Chisinau”
branch office of the Insurance Company “AUTO-Siguranta”
JSC is a unique package because it offers four types of insurance:
1. insurance of annual (seasonal) investments
in agriculture;
2. insurance of property (including insurance of cars - Auto Casco)
3. insurance of employees against accidents;
4. mandatory insurance of vehicle owners against civil charges.
Each agricultural producer from the Republic of
Moldova can choose one of the given types of insurance. If they
choose the entire package, they will benefit from a 5%-15% discount
for each insured year. Besides, economic entities that will not
refuse from the package in the subsequent years, they will benefit
from a 5% discount on tariffs, if no insured cases have been registered
in the previous period.
Next month, Vasile Popusoi, Director of the “Chisinau”
branch of the Insurance Company “AUTO-Siguranta” JSC
will organize a number of visits to the Agricultural Producers’
Associations throughout the republic. The goal of the field visits
is to provide detailed training to APA members regarding the advantages
provided by the new insurance package. It should be mentioned that
starting September 1 agricultural producers from the republic will
be able to benefit from the package called “Insurance of risks
in package for agricultural economic entities”.
Vasile Popusoi said “I think the “Chisinau”
branch of the Insurance Company “AUTO-Siguranta” JSC
can become a reliable support for people working the land, as well
as for the ones taking the risk to invest their own money in agriculture”.
