Information for the broad public
Agricultural Producers’ Associations from the
entire republic provide services to their members on the basis of
two «packages», namely:
- Standard Package – a number of preset services
provided free of charge to each UAP and APA member
- Extra Package – a series of services provided at the request of
UAP and APA members against a minimum payment. By becoming a UAP
and APA member, agricultural producers get an extraordinary possibility
to resolve their current problems and the ones that might appear
in the future.
If agricultural producers from the Republic of
Moldova encounter several acute problems to be resolved in an optimum
term, joining of an Agricultural Producers’ Association would help
finding a way out of the existing situation. Why? It is a two-fold
gain!
1. Any UAP and APA member benefit from a series
of preset services provided gratis by the Association (Standard
Package). It includes promotion and protection of commercial, professional
and social interests of UAP and APA members at the local level and
with the support of the Republican Union UNIAGROPROTECT at the national
and/or international level. Services will include qualified assistance
of the specialists in the development and substantiation of suggestions
(requests, addresses, etc.) aimed at protecting the interests of
agricultural producers. This package of services includes consultations
of experts in the areas of economy and finance, jurisprudence, accounting
and marketing. Each Association member has the right to participate
in training seminars focused on the abovementioned areas and organized
at the request of agricultural producers. Besides, Association members,
if needed, will be assisted in settling disputes through the arbitration
and mediation procedure. Information support is an important part
of the Association obligations to its members. The Association will
also promote the interests of its members through mass media advertisement
and promotion campaigns, participation in various expositions, fairs,
conferences and other events organized at the national and international
levels.
2. UAP and APA members can also benefit from many
other services: preparation of business plans and grant applications;
representation of interests in court including preparation of the
necessary documents; assistance at company’ registration; identification
of potential buyers of agricultural goods and development of marketing
forecasts; maintenance of accounting records using IC software;
accounting expertise and preparation of financial statements; preparation
of lease and trade contracts, etc. Payment for the given services
is at least two times lower than the one set by the specialized
companies or enterprises operating in the market – thus helping
UAP and APA members, both legal and physical persons, considerably
save on that!
