“Agroexpertiza” LLC within the Republican
Union of Agricultural Producers’ Associations UNIAGROPROTECT
offers the following services: soil testing to develop recommendations
for usage of fertilizers, etc. Click here for details.
The Arbitration and Mediation Court (AMC) was
established on January 17, 2003 within the Republican Union “UNIAGROPROTECT”.
AMC is a permanent arbitration institution, founded in compliance
with the Law No. 129-XIII of May 31, 1994 on Arbitration and aims
at the organization and management of trade dispute and other civil
dispute settlement through out-of court method, through alternative
methods (arbitration, mediation and conciliation, etc.). Click

Auditing is an entrepreneurial activity of independent
verification and certification of accounting and financial statements
for the purpose of determining their accuracy and the compliance
of economic and financial operations with legislative and other
normative acts, as well as for the purpose of providing auditing

The joint Moldovan-German venture “MOLDAGROCHIM”,
founded in 2001, cooperates with a group of producing and marketing
companies in the areas of chemicals, seeds, and agricultural equipment
from Germany, France, Japan, USA, Ukraine and Russia. Click here for details.
“BASFRUCT’ LLC was registered on May
21, 2003. The founders of the company are “Basvinex”
LLC, located at Studentilor str. 1-7, Chisina – 75% and the
Republican Union of Agricultural Producers’ Associations “UNIAGROPROTECT”,
located at 162 Stefan cel Mare bld, office 1309, 1310, Chisinau

A common service in the insurance market of the
Republic of Moldova was launched on June 13 during a seminar entitled
“Insurance of risks in package for agricultural economic entities”.
The seminar was organized by the Insurance Company “AUTO Siguranta”
JSC in collaboration with UAP as well as the institutions that created
